Most of us are wearing the wrong size — not because we got it wrong, but because bodies change and brands measure differently. Five quiet minutes with a soft tape is all it takes.
Measure your band snugly under the bust, level all the way around. Then measure loosely across the fullest part. The difference between the two gives your cup — every inch is roughly one cup size.
When you are between sizes, sister-size down a band and up a cup. And remember: a band should feel firm and stay level, doing most of the support. Straps are for fine-tuning, not lifting.
