We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate of $8.
Every order arrives in discreet, unbranded packaging with a neutral billing descriptor.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; express (1–2 days) is available at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, lingerie and swim can only be returned if unworn, unwashed, with all tags and any hygiene liner intact. Please try pieces on over your own underwear.
To start a return, visit your account or contact our team — we'll email a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
